Pre-Solicitation Notice Supply Services for Tulsa District Office W912BV23Q0067 U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division (SWD), Tulsa District (SWT) intends to issue a commercial solicitation, W912BV23Q0067 to procure a Ershig, Inc (Brand Name, No Substitute) FRP Closures and Repairs Kits at Truscott Lake Office, Crowell, Texas as a supply contract. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 326122 (Plastics Pipe and Pipe Fitting Manufacturing) and the applicable Small Business Size Standard, as established by the U.S. Small Business Administration, is 750 Employees. Vendor will provide FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) closure and repair kits for bell and spigot pipe systems. Ershig, Inc (Brand Name, No Substitute) FRP Closures and Repairs Kits BID SPECIFICATION SIZES ARE AS FOLLOWS: 1) One (1) 24” ID Long BXS Class 500 FRP Repair Spool 2) Five (5) 24” ID X 10’-5-1/2” BXS Class 500 FRP Repair Spool 3) Two (2) 27” ID X 10’-5-1/2” BXS Class 500 FRP Repair Spool 4) One (1) 30” ID X 10’-5-1/2” BXS Class 500 FRP Repair Spool Total of Nine (9) Pieces The resulting contract will be issued on a Firm-Fixed Price basis at the Government’s discretion, to the responsible offeror whose offer is conforming to the requirements of the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government considering price, past performance, conformance with 889 requirements (FAR Clause 52.204-25 and FAR Provisions 52.204-24 and 52.204-26). The anticipated award date is on or about 14-June-2023. The solicitation will be issued via Internet only on SAM.gov website at https://sam.gov/. It is the contractor’s responsibility to monitor the above-listed internet address for any posted changes. All amendments posted shall be signed and submitted with the offer. Solicitation issue date is anticipated to be on or about 23-May-2023. Quotes are anticipated to be due on or about 8-June-2023.
