Spencer creek construction of new parking lotThe Contractor shall be responsible for the mobilization of all personnel, materials, services, equipment and supplies necessary to complete the construction of a concrete parking lot. Work includes some site preparation, installing concrete forms, installing rebar, pouring concrete, finishing the concrete, installing signs, and applying striping paint. Contractor shall place rebar, concrete, signs, and striping paint to the specification provided. The general area shall be cleaned up by removing all debris, rock, dirt, and construction material. After installation is completed, the area shall be finish graded to the desired result of the Project Office.
