This solicitation and resulting contract are utilizing a Two-Step Sealed Bidding procurement method as described in FAR Part 14.5. This solicitation is the Step-One which is a request for technical proposals only. Bid Bonds are not required to be submitted with the Step-One technical proposal. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of construction is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00The NAICS Code for this project is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, Size Standard $45.0 Million.
