The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – Tulsa District has been tasked to solicit for and award a contract for Waurika Embankment Road Microsurfacing. The proposed project will be a competitive, firm-fixed price, sealed bid contract procured in accordance with FAR Part 14. This will be a small business set aside competitive procurement that will result in the award of one (1) Firm-Fixed Price, C-type contract, using the sealed bid process in accordance with FAR Part 14.
