The intent of this notice is to provide the pre-solicitation notice required by FAR 5.2- Synopsis of Proposed Contract Actions in preparation for release of the Request for Proposal (RFP) later date. 9. Description: The RFP for this project is expected to be issued on or about beginning of 1 October 2022. The Proposal due date is planned on or about, end of July 2022. The North American Industry Code Standard (NAICS) is 2336220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and the size standard is $39,500,000.00. No formal source selection, listed under FAR part 15, will be used for this requirement. This requirement will be awarded to the lowest priced quote meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards and time frame specified in the solicitation. Price and Past Performance will be evaluated in accordance with in DFARS 213.106-2(b)(i)(B)&(C). BASE BID – the contractor shall install (3) pole mounted, solar-powered street light fixtures in Outlet Park providing all the materials, labor, tools, and equipment necessary for site preparations and installation in accordance with these contract specifications. Option #1 – the contractor shall construct retaining walls and parking pad in Kit Carson Park (site #1) providing all the materials, labor, tools, and equipment necessary for site preparations and installation in accordance with these contract specifications. Option #2 – the contractor shall install (4) 50 amp electric pedestals in Richey Cove Park (sites 1- 4) providing all the materials, labor, tools, and equipment necessary for site preparations and installation in accordance with these contract specifications. Option #3 – the contractor shall install (2) 50 amp electric pedestals in Canning Creek Park (sites #18-19) providing all the materials, labor, tools, and equipment necessary for site preparations and installation in accordance with these contract specifications. Option #4 - the contractor shall install (9) 50 amp electric pedestals in Santa Fe Trail Park (sites 1-9) providing all the materials, labor, tools, and equipment necessary for site preparations and installation in accordance with these contract specifications. Option #5 - the contractor shall install (4) 50 amp electric pedestals in Santa Fe Trail Park (sites 10- 13) providing all the materials, labor, tools, and equipment necessary for site preparations and installation in accordance with these contract specifications. Option #6 – the contractor shall install (8) 50 amp electric pedestals in Santa Fe Trail Park (sites Group Camping Site #5-12) providing all the materials, labor, tools, and equipment necessary for site preparations and installation in accordance with these contract specifications. Option #7 – the contractor shall install (3) 50 amp electric pedestals in Santa Fe Trail Park (sites 15-17) providing all the materials, labor, tools, and equipment necessary for site preparations and installation in accordance with these contract specifications. Option #8 – the contractor shall install (6) 50 amp electric pedestals in Canning Creek Park (sites 1-6) providing all the materials, labor, tools, and equipment necessary for site preparations and installation in accordance with these contract specifications. Option #9 – the contractor shall install new metal roofing on the south Shower House in Canning Creek Park providing all the materials, labor, tools, and equipment necessary for site preparations and installation in accordance with these contract specifications. The contractor shall make all necessary arrangements for utility line locations. A 10. Place of Contract Performance: All work is located at Council Grove Lake, north of the city of Council Grove, in Morris County, Kansas. 11. Set Aside Status: This is a Small Business Set Aside 12. Additional Details: THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE OFFERED IN ELECTRONIC FORMAT ONLY. NO HARD COPIES WILL BE PROVIDED. Offerors can view and/or download the RFP and attachments at https://www.beta.sam.gov when the RFP is posted. Interested parties can register under the Interested Vendors List at FBO. This will be the only method of amendment distribution; therefore, it is the OFFERORS’ RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THE WEBSITE PERIODICALLY FOR ANY AMENDMENTS TO THE SOLICITATION. Prospective Offerors MUST register themselves on the website.
