This project titled “Radiation Monitor Removal” w ill serve to demolish the DLA Disposition Services – Radiation Monitor Removal at Building 9002 at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. Site Visit to be held 21 July at 0930. This acquisition is 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this project is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. Size standard is $39.5M. In accordance w ith FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this construction project is less than $250,000. Please NOTE this solicitation requires offerors to enter a National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) score in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) prior to responding to this solicitation. The NIST score is an acceptability item. Bids/offers from contractors with a NIST score in SPRS w ill be considered acceptable and evaluated/considered f or aw ard. A missing NIST score is a "minor clarification" or "limited exchange" of information and offeror is given opportunity to cure the defect; i.e. comply w /NIST score requirement. If an offeror refuses to comply, they w ill be deemed not responsible.

Project details include removing four (4) bollards, removing two (2) Ludlum radiation detector (RAD), removing two (2) concrete pedestals, removing two (2) yellow speed bumps, patching and repairing holes in concrete where speed bump bolts where located, patching and repairing asphalt under concrete pedestals, disconnecting power to Ludlum radiation detector (RAD), removing power conductors back to the source (Panel board), and returning Ludlum radiation detectors (RAD) back to DLA Disposition Services at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma.
