The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 115310 and the applicable Small Business Size Standard, as established by the U.S. Small Business Administration, is $8M. The resulting Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract will be issued on a Firm-Fixed Price basis for one (1) base period of five (5) years to the responsible offeror whose quote is conforming to the requirements of the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government considering price, past performance, qualifications of Key Personnel, and conformance with sub-contracting regulations.
