All components shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of final acceptance by the Government. 4.0 DELIVERY: The contractor shall provide a firm-fixed-priced proposal by the date and time identified on the Request for Quote (RFQ). The parts and accessories are to be delivered to: 4.1 Delivery shall be accomplished during normal work hours of 0800-1630 Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays.
