Solicitation Notice Specifications Keystone Lake Farm Tractor Purchase Contract Base: 1.0 GENERAL: This specification is for the purchase of one new Cabbed 4wd 60 HP Farm Tractor for Keystone Lake, OK. No used items will be accepted. DESCRIPTION: 4wd 60 HP full frame Farm Tractor or equivalent. Engine: 4 cylinder in-line common rail system, direct injection 4/turbocharged Transmission/hydraulics: F8/R8 fully synchronized (4speed) hydro shuttle, multi wet disc. Or equivalent Tires: ag tires 10 ply rated Rear tires foam filled or equivalent PTO: Live independent PTO electrohydraulic clutch w/brake Remotes/hydro: 2 ports in front and 4 ports in rear Front Loader: hydraulics loader accommodated with commercial grade heavy duty bucket and skid steer quick attach. 3 pnt: affixed w/quick attach capabilities Heat and air condition AM FM Bluetooth radio ELECTRICAL-12 to 24 volt electrical start- Keyed start/stop-maintenance free battery-with disconnect Additional Equipment – N/A WARRANTY: Contractor shall provide a manufacturer's warranty guaranteeing materials and workmanship performed against defects for a period of time that is common industry standard or better. This period shall begin upon the date of acceptance by the authorized Government representative. Contractor shall submit a written copy of the applicable warranty prior to final acceptance by the Government. All components shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of final acceptance by the Government. 4.0 DELIVERY: The contractor shall provide a firm-fixed-priced proposal by the date and time identified on the Request for Quote (RFQ). The parts and accessories are to be delivered to: 4.1 Delivery shall be accomplished during normal work hours of 0800-1630 Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays. Any work outside the standard hours shall be requested in writing to the Contracting Officer a minimum of 3 business days in advance. Delivery time and date shall be coordinated after contract award.
