Amend 0002 to change the due date for proposals to 1 Apr 22 at 2pm (central). Amend 0001 to change the site visit date from Thursday, 10 March 2022 to Monday, 14 March 2022 due to weather. The time (10 a.m.), the location, and the POC for the visit remain the same. In general, this Project consists of Site Preparation and Vehicular Guardrail Installation activities located at John Redmond Reservoir, Coffey County, Kansas. This project will be a total turn-key contract with all work being performed by the Contractor unless otherwise stated. The Contractor shall provide all plant, materials, equipment, labor, instruments, tools, sub-contractors, supervision, management, per diem, and travel necessary to complete all work in accordance with the statement of work (SOW), attached drawings, specifications, and all other contract documents and requirements. The contractor will install approximately 748 linear feet of new W-Beam guardrail located at John Redmond Reservoir, Coffey County, Kansas.
