Pre-Solicitation Notice Repair Services for Skid Steer (CASE TV380) W912BV22Q0040 The proposed contract action is for services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all information received no later than 10:00 AM (CST), Tuesday, January 18, 2022 will be considered by the Government. Interested companies shall respond to this notice by providing the following information: 1. Company Name, 2. Address, 3. Point of Contact information with telephone number and email address, 4. Cage Code and 5. Capabilities information/statement. This notice of intent to award a sole source is NOT a request for competitive proposals. The NAICS code is 811310 and the applicable Small Business Size Standard, as established by the U.S. Small Business Administration, is $8M. The Government requires repair services for a Skid Steer (CASE TV380). The Government intends to solicit and issue an award to Oklahoma Equipment for these services to avoid duplication of cost and effort, as Oklahoma Equipment has already dismantled and diagnosed the issues with the machine. RESPONSES TO THIS NOTICE SHALL BE e-mailed to Mary.B.Duke@usace.army.mil. The subject line of the e-mail shall begin with W912BV22Q0040. NO fax or traditional mail submissions shall be accepted. This is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Firms intending to provide submittals must submit detailed information indicating their ability to meet the Government requirements. All responses must be received by 10:00 AM (CST), Tuesday, January 18, 2022.
