Contractor to furnish all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to demo and remove the existing restroom, and install a new CXT Navajo shower building located at Platter Flats Public Use Area approximately 13 miles southwest of Durant, OK in Bryan County Oklahoma. Amendment 3: This amendment 00003 is to extend the proposal due date to: Monday, 6 Dec 2021, 2:00pm CST. Amendment 2: This Amendment 00002 removes the concrete parking lot from CLIN 0003 as it was redundant with CLIN 0004. The CLIN schedule now matches with the SOW at 1.1.3 and 1.1.4 and reads as depicted in Section 00 11 00 - SF 1442 and CLIN Schedule. Amendment 1: 1. Adds clause 252.204-7019 Notice of NIST SP 800-171 DoD Assessment Requirements. 2. Updates the previous NOTE that required the NIST score for offers to be considered responsive. Instead, NIST scores are a responsibility item. Those without a NIST score will be considered for award; however, NIST scores will be required prior to contract award.
