Amendment 5 is to extend the date that offers are due to 01 November 2021, at 2:00 PM CST. Please see 'attachements' for full details. Amendment 4 is to enter a National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) score in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) prior to responding to this solicitation. In order to accomplish this, 5 additional days to respond have been added, making proposals now due on 25 October, at 2:00pm CST. Please see attachments for the Amendment document. Amendment 3 is to update section 00 22 11 - “Evaluation Criteria, Basis of Aw ard”, correct the Project Specifications, add As-Built Drawings, and add clause 52.248-3 – “Value Engineering-Construction”. Please see the additional documents in 'Attachments' for more information. The date that offers are due had been changed to 20 October 2021 at 2:00 pm CST. Additionally, Section 00 22 11 "Evaluation Criterea, Basis of Award" has been updated. Please see details in Amendment 2, in the 'Attachments'. The Site Visit for this requirement will be rescheduled by an Amendment to be posted on 9 September 2021. Please note that the original Site Visit on 09 September will not take place. A notice has been added to the attachments. This is a competitive best value solicitation for a construction contract for the Webbers Falls Stilling Basin located at Muskogee County, Oklahoma. The Government will evaluate proposals in accordance with the criteria, described herein and award a firm fixed-price contract to the responsible firm whose proposal conforms to all the terms and conditions of the solicitation and is determined the overall best value to the Government.
