This is an unrestricted single phase project solicited with the intent to repair Runway 17C/35C and Overruns, and rectify all current UFC deficiencies and existing waivers identified with the Center Runway (17C/35C), Taxiway A, Taxiway C, Taxiway D, Taxiway F, and within the closed diagonal Runways at Vance AFB in Enid, Oklahoma in accordance with the most recent sustainment, restoration, and modernization (SRM) requirements.
