This is a competitive best value solicitation using trade off procedures for a construction contract for the Advanced Individual Trainee Barracks (AIT) 1300 persons Dining Facility project located at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. The Government will evaluate proposals in accordance with the criteria, described herein and award a firm fixed-price contract to the responsible firm whose proposal conforms to all the terms and conditions of the solicitation and is determined the overall best value to the Government. *AM0001 - This Amendment incorporates edits to sections 00 21 00 and 00 22 11.
