Project Title: Council Grove Service Bridge Painting This Acquisition is solicited as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code f or this project is 237310, Highw ay, Street, and Bridge Construction. The Size Standard is $39,500,000.00 In accordance w ith FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this construction project is betw een $100,000 and $250,000 This Scope of Work consists of repainting the steel bridge girders and all appurtenances in conjunction with removal and disposal activities of lead-based paint (LBP) located at the Council Grove Intake Structure Access Bridge, Council Grove Lake in Morris County, Kansas. This project will be a total turn-key contract with all work being performed by the Contractor unless otherwise stated. The Contractor shall provide all plant, materials, equipment, labor, instruments, tools, subcontractors, supervision, management, per diem, and travel necessary to complete all work in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), attached drawings, specifications, and all other contract documents and requirements.
