The NAICS code for this project is 238160, Roofing Contractors. The size standard is $16,500,00.00. In accordance w ith FAR 36.204, the magintude of this construction project is betw een $25,000 and $100,000. The Contractor shall provide labor, materials, supplies, tools and equipment to remove existing shelter house roofs, including all except wood sheeting. Contractor shall install new 30 pound felt, new metal roofing and paint the shelter house in accordance with these contract specifications. Work area is situated at the Canning Creek Campground Council Grove Lake, Kansas – Shelter House(s) Group Campsite #1, Kaw Day-Use Shelter (Option), Group Campsite #2, and Osage Day-Use Shelter (Option). All work is located in Canning Creek Campground at Council Grove Lake, Morris County, Kansas.
