The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, instruments, tools, Subcontractors, supervision, management, per diem, and travel necessary to complete all work in accordance with the statement of work (SOW), attached drawings, specifications, and all other contract documents and requirements. In general, this Scope of Work consists of removing and disposing existing windows and furnish, deliver and install new aluminum windows and frames as detailed in the enclosed specifications. Replacement windows shall be a double hung with thermally improved frame and sash consisting of an operable, tilt lower sash as well as an operable, tilt upper sash; Tested to AAMA specifications;¼" Insulated glass; 3¼" frame depth; Dual seal Low-E insulated glass; Anodized Bronze finish; and Wire screen mesh. Workmanship shall be of the highest grade and in accordance with the best modem practices to conform to the specifications for the item of work being furnished.
