The site visit is rescheduled for 2/17/2021 at 10:00am at the same location. Site Visit: The site visit is still scheduled for 2/10/2021 at 10:00am. However due to the weather please call the lake office tomorrow morning to confirm at 918-487-5252. If you do not feel that the weather conditions are safe enough to attend we will be holding another site visit on 2/17/2021 at 10:00am at the same location. Clarification: The address for the site visit at Tenkiller lake is 446977 E 980 Rd Gore, OK 74435-5228. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division (SWD), Tulsa District (SWT) intends to issue a commercial solicitation, W912BV21Q0035 for Park Cleaning Services at Tenkiller Lake, Oklahoma. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business set aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561720 and the applicable Small Business Size Standard, as established by the U.S. Small Business Administration, is $19.5M. The resulting contract will be issued on a Firm Fixed Price basis for a base period and four (4) option periods to be exercised at the Governments discretion, to the responsible offeror whose offer is conforming to the requirements of the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government considering price. The anticipated award date is on or about 26 March 2021 The solicitation will be issued via Internet only on Beta SAM Website at http://www.beta.sam.gov.
