Pre-solicitation Notice For Install Warning Signs at RS Kerr Lock & Dam 15 and Webbers Falls Lock & Dam 16 RS Kerr River System (Sequoyah County) and Webbers Falls River System (Muskogee County), Oklahoma This is a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE for the construction project consisting of installation of warning signs at RS Kerr Lock & Dam 15 and Webbers Fall Lock & Dam 16. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this pre-solicitation notice or any follow up postings. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – Tulsa District has been tasked to solicit for and award a contract for the installation of warning signs along the RS Kerr Lock & Dam 15 and Webbers Fall Lock & Dam 16. The proposed project will be a competitive, firm-fixed price, sealed bid contract procured in accordance with FAR Part 14. This will be a small business set aside competitive procurement. Project Description: The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, materials, and permits to install signs at RS Kerr L&D No. 15 and Webbers Falls L&D No. 16. The estimated duration of the construction phase is 160 calendar days. In accordance with FAR 36.204, Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Projects, the estimated magnitude of construction for this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The North American Industry Classification System code for this procurement is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, which has a small business size standard of $39.5M. This project will be solicited as Small Business acquisition. The anticipated solicitation issuance date will be on or about 30 June 2021, and the estimated proposal due date will be on or about 30 July 2021.
