The work includes excavation of the lower hillside site to remove unstable soil and construction debris material and create graded area for parking construction of a retaining wall to stabilize soil upslope of excavated area, construction of approximately 500 linear feet of mechanically stabilized earth (MSE) retaining walls, construction of upper and lower parking lots including finishing with aggregate surface, concrete curbing, storm drainage structures, installation of electrical conduits, lighting, and emergency call boxes, and construction of an access road finished with aggregate surface (approximately 1500 feet long) to parking area from 48th Street access point. The road follows an undeveloped easement granted by the City of Muskogee. The work includes construction of a concrete access stair structure including, but not limited to reinforced concrete, formwork, joints, handrails, geofoam, aggregate base coarse, vapor retarder and mudmat. The work also includes environmental protection measures, including turfing for erosion control and incidental related work.
