In general, this Scope of Work consists of Demolition and Disposal activities with option award items for expanding the overall performance to include concrete foundation work and the installation of a new metal building at the lower compound of the Toronto Lake Dam Structure. This project will be a total turn-key contract with all work being performed by the Contractor. The Contractor shall provide all plant, materials, equipment, labor, instruments, tools, Sub- Contractors, supervision, management, per diem, and travel necessary to complete all work in accordance with the statement of work (SOW), attached drawings, specifications, and all other contract documents and requirements. The base bid involves the demolition and disposal of the existing building, and the option include the procurement and installation fo a new metal building.
