The Contractor shall provide labor, materials, supplies and equipment to remove existing roof including all except wood sheeting. Contractor shall install high temp synthetic underlayment and new metal roofing in accordance with the contract specifications in the Statement of Work. Work area is situated at the restroom at Dam Site Park - Overlook at John Redmond Lake, Kansas.
