The solicitation will be issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238110 and the applicable Small Business Size Standard, as established by the U.S. Small Business Administration, is $16.5M. The Government intends to Award, a Firm Fixed Price contract to the responsible offeror whose offer is conforming to the requirements of the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government considering price, technical and past performance.
