The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – Tulsa District intends to issue a solicitationfor the demolition of an existing storage locker,remaining paving, debris removal and services required to complete all the concrete paving area in LeFlore County, Oklahoma. The soliciattion will be issued as 100% Small Business set aside. The North American Industrial Classfication System (NAICS) Code is 238110 and the applicable Small Business Size Standard as established by the U.S. Small Business Administration, is $16.5M. The resulting contract will be issued on a Firm-Fixed price basis for a Base and two options to the responsible offeror whose offer is conforming to the requirements of the solicitaion and will be most advantageous to the Government considering pric, technical, and past performance. Estimated duration of the project is 30 calendar days. Proposals are due no later than 2:00PM on July 22, 2020.
