The contractor shall then place concrete for sidewalks and picnic areas and construct shade canopies for the picnic areas. A pipe fence will be constructed along the south river bank adjacent to the concrete work. Landscaping will be performed to all disturbed areas. Option: Replacement of pipe hand rails along the Texas Fishing wall running adjacent to the river near the Powerhouse.
