Solicitation #: W912BV20Q0099 Set-Aside Code: 100% Small Business Response Date: Anticipated 21 May 2020 by 12:00 PM CT The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division (SWD), Tulsa District (SWT) intends to issue a commercial solicitation, W912BV20Q0099 for multiple Firm-Fixed-Price contracts for gate attendant services at various locations in the Tulsa District. Locations include: CANTON LAKE: Big Bend – Shift B Sandy Cove – Shift A Sandy Cove – Shift B EUFAULA LAKE: Brooken Cove The solicitation will be issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 721211, the FSC is M1PA, and the applicable Small Business Size Standard, as established by the U.S. Small Business Administration, is $8,000,000.00 or smaller. The Government will award multiple Firm-Fixed Price contracts resulting from the subsequent solicitation to the responsible offerors whose offer is conforming to the requirements of the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government, considering price. The anticipated award dates will start 22 May 2020 and could run through 30 June 2020. All Offers submitted under this Solicitation should provide pricing which remains effective until 30 June 2020. The contracts issued will consist of a base period of 12 months and two 12 month option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. This requirement is being competed under FAR parts 12 & 13. The solicitation will be issued via Internet only on the Beta SAM Website, which is located at http://beta.sam.gov. It is the contractors’ responsibility to check the above-listed internet address daily for any posted changes to the solicitation. Any amendments issued to the solicitation must be acknowledged by potential offerors. No corrections and/or changes to proposals will be allowed after the proposal submittal due time and date. Issue date for the Solicitation is anticipated to be 15 May 2020. Quotes are anticipated to be due by 12:00 PM CT on 21 May 2020. Contractors must be registered and current with System for Award Management (SAM) (formerly known as Central Contractor Registration (CCR)) in order to receive a Government contract award.
