The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 721211, the FSC is M1PA, and the applicable Small Business Size Standard, as established by the U.S. Small Business Administration, is $8,000,000.00 or smaller. The Government will award multiple Firm-Fixed Price contracts resulting from the subsequent solicitation to the responsible offerors whose offer is conforming to the requirements of the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government, considering price. The anticipated award dates will start 1 March 2020 and could run to 30 April 2020. All Offers submitted under this Solicitation should provide pricing which remains effective until 30 April 2020. The contracts issued will consist of a base period of 12 months and two 12-month option periods (except Potato Hills South, Sardis Lake; it consists of a Base-Year and no Option Years and Cottonwood Point, Shift B, Marion Reservoir; it consists of a Base Year and one (1) Option Year) exercised at the discretion of the Government.
