Notice of Intent to Increase Capacity of Previously Awarded Small Business Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) for Environmental Management System (EMS), Consulting Services & Training Projects. This is not a request for proposal, quotation, or bid. No solicitation is currently available. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Tulsa District (SWT), hereby provides notice of its intent to award a modification to increase the contract ceiling of the current FY18 Small Business IDC SATOC for Environmental Management System (EMS), Consulting Services & Training Projects within the Geographic Boundaries of the Southwestern Division (SWD) and Projects Assigned to Tulsa District by $6.5 million, from $49.9 million to $56.4 million using other than full and open competition, on the basis of the circumstances identified in 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) (formerly 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), which was reorganized effective January 1, 2022) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The limited source increase in capacity of the contract ceiling ensures continued execution of customer requirements though 30 September 2022. The current Contract/Contract holder is W912BV18D0015, The Solution Foundry, LLC and the Contract was awarded on 4 September 2018. In the near future, SWT is planning an acquisition to solicit and award a possible SATOC to provide Environmental Management System (EMS), Consulting Services & Training Projects Services under North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) 541620 Environmental Consulting Services, Product or Service Code F999 Other Environmental Services. This is not a formal solicitation or request for proposal. This synopsis of intent is to give notice of the Government’s intent to make a limited source modification to the existing Small Business Environmental Management System (EMS), Consulting Services & Training Projects Services SATOC contract.
