The scope of this project is to rehabilit... Fort Supply Lake is located approximately 1 mile South of Fort Supply, Woodward County, Oklahoma. Project location will be within Supply Park Public Use Area. The scope of this project is to rehabilitate aged and failing roadway within Supply Park utilizing a specified asphalt-coated chip seal process. Project road (shown as “B”) is approximately 1500 feet in length and 15 feet in width, providing primary access to campsites 1-21, a boat ramp, and two small parking areas. A section of current asphalt roadway (located within “A”) will be cut, removed, and replaced with a concrete low-water crossing. Areas adjacent to crossing will be graded appropriately to facilitate water drainage. Speed bumps and pavement striping (if applicable) will be replaced in-kind. The project scope MAY be expanded to include asphalt paving of an adjacent parking area, approximately 34,000 square feet (shown as “C”). Parking area is currently raveled asphalt and gravel and will be covered with fresh pavement surface. Work plan includes minor site repair to ensure quality of existing subgrade and aggregate base, sweeping loose materials from surface, prime and tack coats installed at the pavement/base interface, and new 3” hot mix asphalt layer. Pavement striping will be accomplished in accordance with work plan specifications and industry standards.”
