The purpose of this Amendment is to add the PPQ forms. The Government contemplates award of up to three (3) firm-fixed price Indefinite Delivery, Indefinity Quantity contracts to provide Real Estate Appraisal Services in support of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Air Force Real Estate Project Management Program, which is responsible for acquiring real property interests on behalf of United States Air Force facilities nationwide but may also include Interagency Services and Civil Works projects within the Southwestern Division regional boundaries and as assigned in accordance with UAI Subpart 5107.1 and ER 5-1-10 in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Thus, the work awarded as a task order under this solicitation may occur anywhere within the United States.
