This contract consists of installation of waterlines and appurtenances at existing Public Use Areas (Porum Landing Campsites, Dump Station, and Main Service Line) at Eufaula Lake, Oklahoma. The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, instruments, tools, supervision, necessary to complete all work in accordance with the statement of work (SOW)attached drawings, specifications, and all other contract documents and requirements. Where contract documents and criteria appear to be in conflict the contractor shall consult the Contracting Officer (KO) for clarification before beginning work. This contract consists of (2) bids, a base bid and an option bid see attached map for details. WARNING - this solicitation requires offerors to enter a National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) score in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) prior to responding to this solicitation. The NIST score is a MANDATORY responsiveness item. Those without a NIST score in SPRS will be deemed NON-RESPONSIVE and their bids/offers will NOT be opened, evaluated, or considered for award.
