Update the Contract Specialist to read Gil Pinckney, Contractor Support. 2. Update the Instructions, Conditions & Notices to Offerors as specified in Section 00 21 00. 3. Incorporate the Proposal Preparation and Evaluation Criteria as specified in Section 00 22 11. 4. Update FAR Clause 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction) 5. The proposal due date remains unchanged. 6. SEE SUMMARY OF CHANGES Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, fuel and various materials to install approximately 1,750 feet of 2-inch high density polyethylene (HDPE) waterline, 3,500’ of 1-inch HDPE waterline, 4 – 2” brass cutoff ball-valves with brass unions and appropriate valve boxes, 40 frost free hydrant assemblies, and approximately 4,700’ of copper tracer wire buried with all HDPE waterlines within Blue Bill Recreational Area, Wagoner County, Oklahoma. Work includes all aspects of the removal of existing water hydrants and pedestals and the installation of new waterline and hydrants. All aspects of the work must comply with all state and local codes. It will be the contractor’s responsibility to locate all existing underground utilities prior to any excavation activities. Contractor shall make a connection to the existing water supply and shall test all sections installed prior to back filling.
