In general, this contract consists of installation of water lines and appurtenances at existing Public Use Areas (Coon Creek Cove Campsites, Dump Station, and Main Service Line) at Kaw Lake, Oklahoma. This project will be a total turn-key contract with all work being performed by the Contractor. The Contractor shall provide all plant, materials, equipment, labor, instruments, tools, subcontractors, supervision, management, per diem, and travel necessary to complete all work in accordance with the statement of work (SOW), attached drawings, specifications, and all other contract documents and requirements.
