The solicitation will be issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561730 and the applicable Small Business Size Standard, as established by the U.S. Small Business Administration, is $7,500,000. The Government intends to Award, a Firm Fixed Price contract consisting of Base year and 4 1 year Options, to the responsible offeror whose offer is conforming to the requirements of the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government considering price, technical and past performance.
