This is a Request for Information for market research regarding a potential future beach nourishment project. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, anticipates a requirement for the urgent nourishment of the coastline from Townsends Inlet to Cape May Inlet in Cape May County, New Jersey. The work consists of a base bid to hydraulically place 800,000 to 1,200,000 cubic yards of beachfill along the oceanfront in the Boroughs of Avalon and Stone Harbor, New Jersey, with options for additional placement. The estimated budget for the project is between $20,000,000 and $35,000,000. The construction for the base bid and any options must be completed no later than July 1, 2026.
