Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The US Army Corps of Engineers in Philadelphia is requesting proposals for the removal and disposal of navigational hazards from specified channels in the Delaware River, Schuylkill River, and C&D Canal. The contract is a five-year Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC). The government will provide survey services to verify object locations prior to removal. Offerors can bid on three separate geographic areas, as shown in an attached map.
