The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, intends to award a firm-fixed-price, single-award IDIQ task order contract for preventative maintenance and repair of heavy equipment for the Fort Mifflin Project Office within its Philadelphia (NAP) District area of responsibility. Work will be performed during regular business hours, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except federal holidays, with any off-hours work coordinated with the COR. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other non-personal services, except government-furnished property and services, in accordance with the performance work statement. The Fort Mifflin Project Office supports construction of disposal areas along the Delaware River and dredging of the Delaware River and Wilmington Harbor, using heavy equipment such as D6 dozers, tracked and pontoon excavators, and articulated dump trucks. Accurate dredging and disposal are critical to commerce and vessel safety in the harbor.

The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services, except government-furnished items. Work is generally performed during regular business hours, 7:00am to 3:00pm Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays, with any outside-hours work coordinated with the Contracting Officer’s Representative. The supported equipment includes D6 dozers, tracked and pontoon excavators, and articulated dump trucks used for dike construction, ditching, and other dirt work. This work supports Delaware River and Wilmington Harbor dredging and disposal activities, which are important for commerce and vessel safety.
