The U.S. Army Corps of Engineer (USACE), Philadelphia District (NAP), anticipates a requirement for a firm fixed-price service contract for this acquisition to procure services for contractor to remove and replace the existing tank level indicator monitoring system with a non-contact radar monitoring system on the Dredge McFARLAND. A total of 27 TLIs shall be replaced. BASIS FOR SELECTION OF AWARD: Quotations will be evaluated on technical (capability of the products or services offered to meet the agencys need), price, and paster performance. QUOTE SUBMISSION: Offerors shall submit their quotes no later than 1400 EST on 26 March 2026 as follows: The Offerors quote shall be submitted electronically via Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE), as described below. The Offerors quote shall not contain classified data. The use of hyperlinks in bids is prohibited. NOTE: The only authorized transmission method to this solicitation is electronically via PIEE Solicitation Module online submission. NO OTHER TRANSMISSION METHODS (EMAIL, FACSIMILIE, REGULAR MAIL, HANDCARRIED, ETC.,) WILL BE ACCEPTED.
