Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, requires a firm fixed-price contract for ultrasonic thickness testing on cast piping in the Pump Room and Engine Room of the Dredge McFARLAND. The contract will be awarded to the offeror with the lowest price that meets the technical requirements. All quotes must be submitted electronically via the PIEE system; no other submission methods will be accepted. The solicitation documents and any updates are available on SAM.gov.
