This is a solicitation for one new steel derrickboat for the Army Corps of Engineers, Norfolk District, with detailed principal dimensions provided. The acquisition is set aside for small business concerns, and award will be made to the lowest-priced responsive and responsible bidder. Performance of services is for the Norfolk District.
