The US Army Corps of Engineers intends to procure a welded steel barge with specific principal dimensions to support civil works maintenance in the Vicksburg District. The contractor must fabricate and deliver the barge to the Vicksburg District Harbor Project in Vicksburg, Mississippi, for final acceptance.
