FY26 Philadelphia to Trenton Maintenance Dredging
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers plans a firm fixed-price contract for maintenance dredging of approximately 500,000 cubic yards in the Delaware River channel between Newbold and Biles Islands, with an option for work in the Fairless Turning Basin. The work must be completed by March 15, 2027, with a performance period of 240 calendar days from notice to proceed, excluding environmentally restricted periods. The dredged material will be placed at the Biles Island Dredged Material Placement Facility in Falls Township, PA (with the optional material going to the Money Island DMPF in the same township). The estimated budget for this construction project is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. This is a full and open, unrestricted solicitation that includes a HUBZone price evaluation preference.
