Inspection and Acceptance: At Delivery. Period of Performance: Delivery shall be no later 14 days after date of the award. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03, published 25 April 2025. Clauses and Provisions are available online at https://www.acquisition.gov. This solicitation is set aside100% for small business under NAICS Code 336611- Ship building and Repairing. The small business size standard is 1300 employees. Quotes shall be emailed to Noelle Griest at noelle.c.griest@usace.army.mil and Domenic Sestito Jr at Domenic.L.Sestito@usace.army.mil no later than 5:00 PM EST on Monday, 09May 2025. Quotes shall include pricing information, vendor CAGE code, and Unique Entity identification number (UEI). All vendors must be registered and active in SAM.gov.
