The Philadelphia District of the Corps of Engineers on behalf of the Fort Mifflin Project Office intends to procure firefighting system recertification services for the Dredge McFarland. Upon completion, the results will provide the Fort Mifflin Project Office with a certified firefighting system on board the McFarland. The Government is issuing this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation to procure firefighting system recertification: All work performed under this Scope of Work shall be in accordance with the requirements of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Safety Manual, EM 385-1-1, dated 30 November 2014 and other safety requirements specified in OSHA. The contractor shall provide all necessary PPE and provide any necessary containment to allow for performance and completion of the work listed herein.
