The contrac... Scope of Work. The contractor shall provide portable toilets for use at Blue Marsh Lake. Reasonable measures must be taken to safeguard against loss and/or damage of portable toilet units. The contractor shall assume all responsibility and bear all risk of said loss and/or damage. Handicapped accessible units shall meet State and Federal accessibility standards. The number of units are specified below, and placement shall be coordinated with Scott Sunderland, Blue Marsh Lake Park Manager, and follow the schedule and location designation provided in Section 3.0, Performance Requirements. The Contractor is required to assure that solid waste is transported for disposal to a licensed facility meeting state and local regulations and requirements.
