The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Philadelphia District is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) W912BU24B0012 for the Maintenance Dredging Wilmington Harbor and Delaware River Philadelphia. to the Sea PA, NJ and DE. The Government intends to award a firm fixed priced construction contract. This procurement is being conducted on a full and open basis, IAW FAR part 14, Sealed Bidding via an Invitation for Bids (IFB) and will result in award of a firm-fixed-price contract.
