U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – Philadelphia District 100 E Penn Square East, Philadelphia, PA 19107 Solicitation No: W912BU-22-R-0022 Rental and Operation of an Underbridge Access Vehicle for Bridge Inspections at Pittsburgh District Dams Combined Synopsis and Solicitation: Project Title: Rental and Operation of an Underbridge Access Vehicle for Bridge Inspections at Pittsburgh District Dams Solicitation No: W912BU-22-R-0022 NAICS Code: 532412 PSC Code: W036 SYNOPSIS: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District intends to award a contract for the above requirement. The contractor must provide an underbridge access vehicle, driver, and operator to provide access to aid U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) bridge inspectors in the inspection of the bridges listed in the solicitation located throughout the Pittsburgh District area of responsibility. Period of performance: This project is anticipated to have four (4) workdays and one (1) option workday. Solicitation: Delivery shall be specified on the solicitation for this requirement. Final acceptance will be at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers District office to which the supplies will be delivered as specified at the time of order. The NAICS code is 532412 and the size standard is 500 employees. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The acquisition will be a lowest price procurement using the FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation Criteria of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Price will be the only evaluating factor. Offerors are advised that the Government may award a contract based on initial quotes received without discussions or any contact concerning the bid received; therefore, each bid should contain the offeror's best terms.
