The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District intends to award one 8(a) qualified small business with NAICS 236220 three combined construction requirements at AP Hill, Virginia for the design build of an OMS Roof, the design build of an HVAC system and the design build of interiors and architectural finishes. A description of the type of work within the SOW decribes tasks to: ‘Complete a renovation of the Training Building which includes demolition, design, and construction of architectural, electrical systems, and mechanical systems. Complete a renovation of the BMA building which includes demolition, design, and construction of architectural roofing system.’ Please review the SOW in this solicitation for a complete description of the work required. The solicitation will be open to 8(a) qualified small businesses with NAICS 236220. Qualified 8(a) firms will submit a conforming proposal in accordance with the solicitation. The construction magnitude is between $1M and $5M in total for this acquisition. All additional RFIs are due 4 April 2022. RFIs are limited to 5 for each potential offeror. This procurement is a restricted 8(a) competitive source selection with award determination by Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. **See Section L and Section M for non cost evaluation factors and instructions** NAICS 236220 Proposals are due 18 April 2022 at 1700 hours.
