The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District intends to award one 8(a) qualified small business with NAICS 236220 three combined construction requirements at AP Hill, Virginia for the design build of an OMS Roof, the design build of an HVAC system and the design build of interiors and architectural finishes. The Contract Award will be made using lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA), described in the Solicitation, which will be advertised on or about 30 July. The solicitation will be open to 8(a) qualified small businesses with NAICS 236220. Qualified 8(a) firms will submit a conforming bid in accordance with the solicitation. The construction magnitude is between $1M and $5M in total for this acquisition. Performance Bonds and Payment Bonds required. Minimum bonding capacity is $3M for this acquisition.
