This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 and the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, including DFARS subpart 217-71. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government seeks to purchase specific undercarriage replacement parts for (2) two identical Caterpillar Model D6T track type dozers. The machine serial numbers are EWCG00577 and CWCG00578. These machines are equipped with a SystemOne undercarriage. See the attached solicitation for full terms and specifications. This solicitation is being competed without restriction under NAICS Code 333120- Construction Machinery Manufacturing.
